Where we ship

Processing and delivery

Each piece of Mithyk jewelry is made to order and shipped directly from our workshop partner. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, carrier delays, and public holidays can extend them.

Cost

$4.99 USD flat rate for all orders under $85 USD. Overs over $85 USD ship free.

Duties and import taxes — already covered

We ship Delivered Duty Paid. Any duties and import taxes for your country are calculated and included in the total you pay at checkout.

You should never be asked to pay customs charges to receive your parcel. If a carrier contacts you requesting payment, don't pay it — email support@mithyk.com with your order number and we'll resolve it. If you've already paid, send us the receipt and we'll reimburse you.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes a few days apart.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-sending may incur a further charge. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually fix it within the processing window.

If your order hasn't arrived

Email support@mithyk.com if there's no delivery 30 days after dispatch. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace your order or refund it in full. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
