Shipping & Returns

Each piece of Mithyk jewelry is made to order and dispatched directly from our workshop partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, and standard delivery takes about 6-12 days after dispatch.

We pre-pay any customs fees on our end, so you'll never be stuck with a surprise bill on arrival.

You’ve got a full 30 days to return or exchange your order from the day it's delivered. Just reply to your order email whenever your order arrives and we'll help you through the process.
Care & Maintenance

All Mithyk products are made from some of the sturdiest materials available in the mortal realm.

Most pieces are made from high-grade stainless steel, which is incredibly tough. It's tarnish-free, doesn't fade and can even handle water and sweat.

We do still recommend caring for your piece though. It's best to take it off in the shower and before going in the pool or sea.

If it's starts to look a bit dirty, just clean it with a soft cloth and it'll be good as new in moments. Unlike silver, it doesn't need regular polishing. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive cloths and ultrasonic cleaners.
Warranty

We cover all of our pieces for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers production and/or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, negligence, loss, or stolen items. For any claims made, proof of purchase is required.
